Go to tactiboard.app/register and enter your club name, email and a password. You'll be redirected to the dashboard immediately — no email verification required.
In the web dashboard, open the Connect section from the sidebar. You will see two items to set up:
Fastest way: if your club has a Pro licence, Dashboard → Connect shows a QR code once you generate the App Key. Open Team → Club Licence in the app and scan it — the app connects itself, nothing to type.
Or enter the credentials manually: in the TactiBoard app, go to the Team tab and tap your team's name to expand the team settings. You will see the connection fields:
Record your match in the app normally. When the match ends, tap Publish on the web. The match data — actions, player stats, ratings — will appear instantly in your club dashboard. No extra steps needed.
Already published matches before setting up the connection? Go to Dashboard → Connect. Unlinked matches appear there and can be manually assigned to the correct team with a single tap.

No. Connecting the app — entering the Club ID and App Key, or scanning the QR code — is free for every coach. Recording matches and publishing them to the club dashboard is free too.
Pro unlocks extra app features: achievements & XP, custom scoring configuration, detailed player stats and more. You can get Pro two ways — with an individual subscription in the app, or automatically if your club has an active club-wide licence.
Club-wide licence: the club activates one Pro licence and every coach who connects to the club unlocks Pro automatically — no separate purchase per coach. It's billed directly with the club.
To subscribe individually: tap any Pro feature in the app — the subscription screen opens. Choose monthly or annual and complete the purchase via App Store or Google Play.
No. You record the match offline as normal. The sync happens when you tap "Publish on the web" at the end — only that step requires a connection.
Yes. All teams use the same Club ID and App Key. Differentiate them by setting a different team name in the app — each team creates its own entry in the dashboard.
The old key stops working immediately. You need to update the App Key in the team settings of all connected app devices. Future matches won't sync until you do — but past synced data is not affected.
No. Go to Dashboard → Connect and you'll see a list of unlinked matches. Tap any of them to assign it to the correct team manually. The data is all there.
Currently one account per club. The person who registers becomes the club manager. Multiple coaches can use the same login credentials, or you can share view-only links to individual match pages.
Yes. Data is stored by season (e.g. "2024-25"). The dashboard lets you filter by season so you can compare year-over-year performance for any player or team.
Yes. The web dashboard is available in Spanish, English, German and Dutch — matching the app. The language can be changed from the top navigation bar.
It's a quick way to connect: when a club with an active Pro licence generates its App Key, Dashboard → Connect shows a QR code. Any coach scans it from Team → Club Licence in the app and connects instantly, with no typing. Clubs without a licence use the manual Club ID + App Key method instead.
Yes. A club-wide Pro licence is activated once for the club and every coach's app unlocks Pro automatically as soon as it connects — first team, youth categories, all of them. It's billed directly with the club, separately from individual in-app subscriptions.
