The Club ID and App Key fields in the app team settings are a Pro feature. They allow the app to securely authenticate with your club's dashboard when publishing a match.
The web dashboard itself is always free — coaches and managers can browse stats, add notes and generate AI reports without any subscription. Pro is only needed in the mobile app to record matches and sync data.
To subscribe to Pro: tap any Pro feature in the app — the subscription screen opens. Choose monthly or annual and complete the purchase via App Store or Google Play.
No. You record the match offline as normal. The sync happens when you tap "Publish on the web" at the end — only that step requires a connection.
Yes. All teams use the same Club ID and App Key. Differentiate them by setting a different team name in the app — each team creates its own entry in the dashboard.
The old key stops working immediately. You need to update the App Key in the team settings of all connected app devices. Future matches won't sync until you do — but past synced data is not affected.
No. Go to Dashboard → Connect and you'll see a list of unlinked matches. Tap any of them to assign it to the correct team manually. The data is all there.
Currently one account per club. The person who registers becomes the club manager. Multiple coaches can use the same login credentials, or you can share view-only links to individual match pages.
Yes. Data is stored by season (e.g. "2024-25"). The dashboard lets you filter by season so you can compare year-over-year performance for any player or team.
Yes. The web dashboard is available in Spanish, English, German and Dutch — matching the app. The language can be changed from the top navigation bar.
